Payment methods
We offer two payment options:
- Online payment via Revolut Pay: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Revolut Pay also supports payments for users who do not have a Revolut account.
- Cash on delivery: Available for an additional fee of €1.00.
Note: Cash on delivery may be temporarily unavailable during special promotional campaigns or adverse weather conditions.

Delivery
Where do we deliver?
Croatia and selected EU countries (Zone 1–3) via GLS from Zagreb.
How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the zone and package weight; the exact amount is visible during the checkout process.
Free delivery for Croatia on orders over €60. 🔥
When do we ship?
Mon–Wed (sometimes Thu). We avoid shipping on weekends and holidays so that plants reach you as quickly as possible and don't get stuck in delivery.
When does the order arrive?
Processing: 1–14 business days. Depends on the number of orders before yours and weather conditions.
After handover to GLS: Croatia 1–10 business days (in most cases, delivery is completed within 2 business days of package handover), EU 3–10+ business days.

We send the tracking number to the provided email as soon as we hand over the package. For all details, please see our delivery terms.
Returns and complaints
What if the package arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at info@plant-mania.com with photos of the package and its contents, along with your order number. If the damage occurred due to our error, we will issue a refund on the next business day (for cash on delivery — the next business day after receiving payment from the courier service).
Can I return or exchange a product?
Plants and terrariums are not subject to returns or exchanges due to their delicate and unique nature. Non-living products (accessories, fertilizers, pots) can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Before returning, please contact us at info@plant-mania.com with your order number.
